Commercial Catering Engineer is required for a client who is based on South Coast near Brighton, they are leading commercial catering equipment company supplying the catering, hospitality and public sectors as well as carrying out service, maintenance, repairs, and installations on all types of commercial catering and refrigeration equipment.
The Commercial Catering Engineer will be required to provide service, maintenance and breakdown of catering equipment, including, fryers, ovens, microwaves and steamers.
This role has come up due to continued demand and new contracts starting.
If you're a dedicated and hardworking Chef at any level who is ready for a refreshing change of scene then we want to hear from you.
You'll have great organisational skills to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and is kept well-stocked and ready for service each day.
If you have an excellent knowledge of allergens and nutrition, and are able to follow advice and medical direction for each patients' needs then we want to hear from you.
You will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balanced menus whilst working with residents to tailor menus around them.
