Our client is looking for a full-time cook to join their team. They are fast-paced serving a full menu and homemade counter goods.
Main Duties:
- Short-order cooking.
- Running the kitchen 2 days a week.
- Ensure that a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the kitchen, to meet the required standards.
- Any other duties required.
Qualification's Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a kitchen/restaurant environment is essential.
- Experience preferred with short-order cooking, but not necessary as full training will be given.
- Qualified to a minimum of level 2 safety in catering required.
- 5 days a week (Two of these days will be solo during busy periods, covering current chefs two days off, so must cope well under pressure).
- Must be fully flexible across all days, including weekends.
