The requirements of the Regional Account Manager - Healthcare Legionella Testing Services: Circa 3 years experience as a relationship focused Account Manager/Account Executive in the legionella testing services/sterile services sector with a track record of protecting and growing accounts in the NHS/Healthcare sector Experience building relationships with NHS stakeholders to include Sterile Services/Infection Control, Estates Managers/Directors & Engineering teams You will be educated to degree level or equivalent (HND/HNC etc) in either a Microbiology/Biological or Nursing qualification You will be a true relationship builder with a history of growing existing healthcare accounts and identifying additional revenue opportunities A full UK driving license and passport is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required The responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager - Healthcare Legionella Testing Services: Retain and grow your key accounts in the NHS/Healthcare and local authority sectors by the % specified in the annual objectives whist maximising the profitability on each new contract Cross sell products and water testing & water treatment services Engage in networking to provide new revenue opportunities within existing accounts Be an efficient point of contact for all client stakeholders which will include Estates Managers/Directors, Engineering & Infection Control teams Develop professional relationships with our suppliers and customer base Produce and allocate programs of work for clients and operational teams Product weekly financial reports Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the client's specification and company compliance RAMs Deliver information to deadlines as set out in the Managers reporting schedule Carry out site surveys and produce quotations Produce correspondence, technical and financial reports Ensure all required paperwork is returned to area and central services offices as required Benefits: Attractive & Negotiable Base Salary DOE Fully Expensed High-Quality Company Car Private healthcare for self & family Private Pension (Up to 6% matched) Death in Service (3x Base Salary) Laptop & Mobile 25 Days Holidays 8 Bank Holidays To be considered for this role you must have full right to work in the UK and have a valid UK driving licence.
