Are you a true relationship builder and Account Manager with extensive experience of managing Hospital accounts?

Or are you an Estates Manager within a Hospital, NHS, or healthcare setting where Sterility, Infection Control are all important in your role and want to move to the supplier side?

This role is available due to growth so if you have the above experience and are ready to take on your next exciting account management role in healthcare to truly manage a select number of hospitals as key accounts then this the perfect role for you!

The responsibilities of the Key Account Manager - Hospitals:

  • Retain and grow your key accounts in the NHS/Healthcare sector
  • Engage in networking to provide new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Be an efficient point of contact for all client stakeholders which will include Estates Managers/Directors, Engineering & Sterility Testing/Infection Control teams
  • Develop professional relationships with our suppliers and customer base
  • Produce and allocate programs of work for clients and operational teams
  • Product weekly financial reports
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the client's specification and company compliance
  • Deliver information to deadlines as set out in the Managers reporting schedule

The ideal person:-

  • Will have a minimum four year's account management, key account management or client relationship management of hospital/NHS/Healthcare accounts.
  • Hold a life science degree to include Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, Infection Control or equivalent.
  • Be selling infection control, sterilization equipment or sterilization services, legionella testing, water purification, clinical laboratory equipment, clinical diagnostics, or medical devices into hospitals right now.
  • Live in the Southeast with easy access to the M40 into London to attend client meetings at the hospital sites
  • Have a full clean UK driving license with the right to work in the UK
