They are currently undergoing a significant domain migration due to a merger and are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
My Customer is a leading financial services firm dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions to their clients.
You will work closely with users in the financial industry, assisting them in setting up their laptops in the new domain, ensuring they have a seamless transition, and providing ongoing support post-migration.
You will form an integral part of the International Sales team, delivering high quality customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues and students.The role includes contacting international students (email & phone calls) who have completed a booking with Unite Students, to verify some information about their account, and explain our policies; as well as supporting international agents referring students to us with bookings and all enquiry types.
