An exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a growing UK-based IT Service Provider.

IT Consultancy with offices across the UK are expanding their Surrey office and currently require a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team working in an existing technical team, managing business customers across the South-East providing detailed technical support (Cloud or Part-Cloud) via an internal ticketing system
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will come with specific technical training, but the ideal candidate will be working for an MSP or Reseller and be used to dealing with external customers maintaining external systems providing desktop support
