Fantastic opportunity to take on a short term outside of IR35 (umbrella available) contract to cover absence on an established 2nd Line Support Team.
They have offices in Central London and would need someone willing to be on-site for 3 days per week.
They are a largely Windows estate, but with some Mac, so knowledge across both would be helpful.
Key tasks:
- Hardware Refreshes
- I to OneDrive
- Hot Desk upgrades
- BAU tickets
- Service Bar rotation
- Laptop builds for new starters
- Assistance with license management
- App Management (Dropbox, Udemy, Zoom)
- Projects that require user roll outs (e.g. Jamf Connect, laptop software updates e.g. macOS/Win11)
- Meeting room checks
