As a Project Manager within the IT Services team, your responsibility is to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects across the team's various technical practices spanning Infrastructure, End User Computing, Cloud services, Office 365, MDM and Security.
You will work closely with a highly skilled team to deliver a range of projects and programmes of work to our customer base.
Maintenance of both the UK and Far East purchase ledgers to include registering invoices, issuing for authorisation, full analysis, timely payment generation (BACS and bank transfers processing) and statement checking.
Be the first point of contact for customer debit note queries.
Liaise with both internal and external Supply Chain and Marketing departments to resolve and clear the queries in line with relevant customer procedures.
