They seek a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join their prestigious culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be integral in supporting the kitchen's smooth operation and maintaining the high standards of culinary excellence that the establishment is known for. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for growth and creativity in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior chefs to create and execute seasonal menus that highlight innovative dishes and local ingredients. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes and the smooth operation of your designated station. Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, paying meticulous attention to presentation and taste. Work closely with other kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, creativity, and efficiency. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control in line with regulatory requirements. Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and passion for culinary arts. Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising waste to optimise kitchen operations. Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving kitchen-related issues and ensuring smooth service. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or a similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or luxury hotel setting. A strong passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a section of the kitchen efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Additional Information 45 Hours per Week on a Rota Basis Live-Out Position Only
