Adapt and respond flexibly to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the young people. Maintain a 1:1 staffing ratio, ensuring competent and confident care. Transport young people using company vehicles as required. Work unsocial hours, including weekends, and participate in shift patterns that may include full days, sleep-ins, and on-call duties. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience the UK in residential childcare. Experience with a range of support needs, including traumatic life experiences, family breakdown, and disability. Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration as a Residential Childcare Worker. Clean driving licence is essential. Ability to work unsocial hours, including weekends. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Total Productive Maintenance initiative, aimed at maximising production efficiency Key accountabilities Operating high speed wrapping machines and checkweighers. Checking codes and completion of daily production documentation. Maintenance of hygiene and housekeeping standards and clean as you go' procedures. Maintenance of quality standards procedures. Maintenance of Health and Safety standards Skills & experience Experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery, preferably wrapping machines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols rigorously. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to support and train new team members. Familiarity with TPM practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
