Randstad is working alongside a client based in Perth to source three Residential Childcare Workers to join on a two on two off rota basis, the successful candidates wiil have full time flexible availability.
General
In this role you will be supporting highly vulnerable children who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties, aged between 9 and 18.
To succeed in this role over 12 months of experience in Residential Childcare and experience with managing challenging behaviour is essential.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor within our Collections team you will operate in a fast moving, customer contact center environment.
This role involves a telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with our customers and by email to resolve outstanding account balances.
You will also be working alongside the wider collections teams and third parties to support our customers queries and come to a suitable resolution for all parties.
We are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join a busy office in Perth.
The role will include: managing customers billing, admin work, answering customer emails, answering phones and making telephone calls to customers to help with general queries.
