Job Title: Exports Manager

Location: Perth (Hybrid)

Contract Details: Temp to Perm, Full-time (38 hours per week)

Working Hours: 8:45am - 4:45pm (Monday - Thursday) 8:15am -1:15pm (Friday)

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 a year (Dependant on Experience).

About Our Client:

Our client, a renowned manufacturing organisation, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with experience in Customer Service and Export Management to join their team. With a strong focus on customer service and logistics, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the export process, from A to B, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle documentation, including customs paperwork and export licences.
  • Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee a team of Customer Service and Export Coordinators, providing guidance and support.

Essential Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing export documentation.
  • Experience in export coordination or related field.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations and processes.
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Familiarity with logistics software and technologies
  • Knowledge of VAT and customs regulations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail.
