Payroll Manager - Contract £250 a day

Huntress is working with a global software & services provider who are recruiting for a Payroll Manager role on an initial 9-month contract.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
This role will include working on a hybrid nature.
The role holder will be accountable for the delivery of effective Payroll and Benefit services by driving continuous improvement initiatives, through innovation and best practice to deliver quality, compliant procedures.
The successful candidate will be -
- Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualified or equivalent payroll experience.
- Expert knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation, with intermediate use of Microsoft Office and experience of Payroll systems.
- Exceptional knowledge of the end to end payroll delivery, pensions and benefits, to include HMRC requirements for Pay As You Earn (PAYE).
- Proven and demonstrable success at driving process and procedural change initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and manage multiple workstreams.
