The position of Client Development Manager is to prospect and onboard new clients.
To have responsibility for existing client communication and relationship building.
To manage clients on a day- to-day basis and ensure that their briefs and strategy are being met within agreed service level agreements and timescales.
Our client based in Harrogate are recruiting for a Business Development Manager due to continued yearly growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be assisting the Director in proactively finding new opportunities to develop the client base and work towards a yearly target for the overall business.
You will have your own individual targets and to help achieve these, access to historical sales data, full support from the business and a degree of autonomy to explore new avenues and sales routes for their services.
Produce accurate and timely monthly Management Accounts for various stakeholders across the Group, providing supplementary supporting analysis on any variances to budget/forecast and ensuring key stakeholders are effectively supported in their business decisions.
Conduct detailed reviews of balances as a control to ensure the delivery of accurate monthly accounts.
Strong understanding of the key drivers of margins and costs.
