Aspion Search is currently seeking a talented Production Manager to join an ambitious and innovative Electrical Engineering organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing activities. Ensure that production targets are met within the established timelines and budget constraints. Implement and maintain production procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies into the production line. Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the availability of materials and components. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality and address any non-conformities. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and implement best practices to optimize production processes. About You: Proven experience in a production management role Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles. Full clean UK driving license is essential. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
