You will work with the CEO to put in place the infrastructure needed to ramp up manufacturing, right size the finance team, implement a suitable ERP and both reporting and BI tools, develop pricing and go to market strategies both in the UK and internationally, review bids and contracts as well as building strong relationships with all internal stakeholders.
