We're recruiting a brand-new Finance Director role on behalf of a rapidly scaling (very recently) PE backed multi-site technology business.
The business is as a really exciting point in their growth journey, having secured Series A growth capital from one of the UKs best regarded Private Equity investors. With current revenues of £5m, this business is set to grow 50% yoy for the next 5 years.
You will create and manage all day to day finance responsibilities (all the usual reporting, controls etc) as well as help to select a new ERP, create a new commercial KPI functions and hiring a team.
Currently the accounting is outsourced - so this really is a blank sheet of paper.
This role is perfect for a Finance Controller or Head of a Finance looking to make their first move into an FD role, supported by a part-time CFO. Equally this would suit someone looking to get into Private Equity.
Must haves:
- Qualified accountant.
- Experience working as an FC/HoF/FD within an SME (sub £50m rev).
- Must be able to work in Frimley 4 days per week.
- Commercial and analytically minded.
- Some sort of subscriptions based/SaaS experience would be helpful
Salary range is £75,000 - £90,000 plus benefits (inc bonus)
