The Social Worker is required to provide a professional fieldworker service to service users and their careers and to manage the needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities.
The main duties of the role include completing Care Act assessments and devising care and support plans, completing reviews, completing Mental Capacity Assessments, chairing Best Interests meetings, working with people with complex social needs and making sure that the people are receiving the support that meets their needs.
What you need
QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE.
Contract/duration: Fixed term ending 25th March 2025.
The advertised salary is inclusive of the outer London weighting allowance of £3,315 per annum (pro-rata).

Responsible for assessing and determining the day-to-day placement of homeless households and applicants into emergency temporary accommodation, matching requirements to suitable properties.
