Being a Support Worker with Protective Care Group is a meaningful and extremely important job.
You will be working directly with some of the most vulnerable, at risk young people in the UK and as part of a team, you'll help deliver a bespoke and tailor-made support plan.
We specialise in providing a level of support that local authorities are often unable to; support that makes a real difference to young people's quality of life and prospects.
About Us: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in the offshore islands of Scotland.
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a minimum of 6 months UK-based care experience?
If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!
You will be working minimum 2:1, ensuring the care and safety of a young service user between the age of 8-18.
Within this role you will be working with children in the community.
For this role, you will need to have good attention to detail, writing detailed notes about the young service users' emotions, interactions with colleagues/family members, conversations in person and on the phone, food diaries and the daily routines.
