As part of a new pilot programme the role will be focused on supporting young people with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities who are not in receipt of an EHCP into employment, monitoring the progress of students, building sustainable relationships with local employers, and maximising progression opportunities preparing students for working life.Responsibilities You will be responsible for:
Working with the VFL Manager in the planning and delivery of a highly relevant SEND employability curriculum offer, particularly focussing on the needs of employers.
