Contract: Permanent Closing date: Thursday 6th June Recruitment Partner: Lizzy Parfitt About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join our London-based FP&A and Commercial Finance team within the International Division of Walgreens Boots Alliance. You will report into the Finance Director, FP&A and Commercial Finance. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is comfortable working across geographic boundaries and challenging the status quo to support this team's future developmentYou will prepare our consolidated divisional reporting and be the daily contact for FP&A related activities for one of our overseas markets. You will report into an experienced FP&A and Commercial Finance professional and will also have direct access to the market Executive and the VP of Finance for International.As well as supporting on monthly processes such as reviewing actuals performance and working with the markets on full year forecasts, other key responsibilities will include: Critically evaluating management reporting from the markets Ensuring annual budget and strategic plan processes and deadlines are clearly communicated and adhered to Taking ownership of our Central cost budget, ensuring we are staying within agreed spend limits providing clear visibility on what is being spent and where What you'll need to have Professional Finance qualification or highly developed financial literacy and understanding A commercially minded, inquisitive mindset, being able to understand key drivers of business performance Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Ms Excel It would be great if you also have Knowledge of Planning Analytics (PA) German or Spanish as an extra language is a plus Our benefits Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
