As a Sales Retention's Specialist, you will play a crucial role in retaining the existing customer base by providing exceptional service and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Your primary objective will be to minimise customer churn and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning, as well as creating profiles for potential clients.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including website content, credentials, newsletters, email marketing and articles.
