As an Activities and Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a stimulating programme of activities, designed to promote emotional and physical well-being.

You'll be involved in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including working in the kitchen, dining areas, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
Your main responsibilities will centre around maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the service, with a strong focus on laundry duties.

Liaising with the Regional Wellbeing Lead, you will deliver communications, initiatives and regular and themed wellbeing events, which you will have an allocated budget and stock, which you will need to manage.
You will work 22.5 hours a week at Thornford Park in Thatcham where you'll be responsible for identifying the evolving needs of staff, which will see you provide resources, plan events and be a point of contact for those who may need further wellbeing assistance.

Staying Well is an innovative service offering out-of-hours support (16:00-23:00 Mon - Fri and 15:00-23:00 Sat - Sun), open 7 days a week, 365 days a year to people experiencing acute distress due to their mental health difficulties.
You will be providing psychosocial support and crisis prevention planning.
This includes contacting clients who have been referred or self-referred to the service to build safety plans together and supporting clients to increase their resilience and coping skills.
