Digital Marketing Assistant Location: Southend on Sea, Essex Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a talented, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join a Marketing team, reporting and working closely with the Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build on their experience with an established and steadily growing distribution company, grow individually and help shape the ever-expanding brand. Responsibilities: Edit imagery to create adverts for social media campaigns (training will provided) Creating adverts in line with brand and marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyse the success of new and existing campaigns. Daily campaign monitoring and optimisation. Keeping up to date with the latest competitor visual communications and marketing campaigns. Regularly researching and collating a competitor analysis. Creating and sending email campaigns. Scheduling social media posts across social platforms. Updating content on the company's website platforms. Skills: Experienced with social media ad platforms, specifically Meta platform would be preferable but not essential. Website experience, preferable but not essential. Confident in presenting designs and marketing concepts. Hands-on, task and delivery focused. Keen to learn, develop, and contribute to the growth of the brand. Use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign).

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Digital Marketing Assistant role: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within content writing, ecommerce, design agency, PR & Communications, or SEO. Ability to create impactful campaign and digital marketing messages. Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and provide timely updates. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit copy efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to all interactions.
