Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero for a portfolio of clients.
This role has responsibility for the effective implementation and management of retail IT projects, ensuring they are completed on-time and to budget whilst always providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
