The Service Delivery Co-Ordinator's main duties include supporting Managers with planning all aspects of the repairs, voids and planned maintenance works, dealing with residents, operatives and sub- contractors, working with the IT systems, managing operative's diaries and general administration Team.
The Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing daily office operations, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and providing support.

Description
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Main purpose of the role: Reporting to the Lead Council Tax and Utilities Administrator, the role will support the business by supporting the housing and finance teams in assessing, recording and investigating, where appropriate, incoming council tax and utilities communications for Clarion properties.
This includes communicating with both local authorities and utility suppliers.
