We have an exciting opportunity to join our Store Central Operations team as Pest Escalation Manager and be the key contact for pest control related solutions. This is a permanent and full time role based in our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool. Reporting to our Pest Operations Manager, this would suit someone with prior field based or head office pest control experience. Would be happy to be Support Centre based here in Speke, Liverpool L24 but travel to any of our 750 UK stores as and when required in any given week where overnight stay may be required so, flexibility is a must. You will be currently in a Pest Escalation role or be someone with a Health & Safety background where you may have had exposure to pest control. The key accountabilities in the role are: Managing pest control account with 3rd party supplier(s) Analyse reports and information to identify potential issues Assess risks to the business in order to prioritise actions and outcomes Keep a keen-eye on costs incurred and check for any discrepancies Complete pest control inspections and escalations across stores Communicate findings and risks to stores and management within the business. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills: RSPH/BPCA qualified, Level 3 or Field Biologist desired Experience of working within pest control or health & safety with exposure to pest control Organised and able to make decisions to quickly sort solutions and communicate to relevant parties Good communicator - written and verbal and good with Excel and emails communication Really strong at dealing with issues quickly, management external relationships as well as internal Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment IT (excel) and data analysis skills Hold a UK driver's license as UK travel will be required weekly We also offer you a range of great benefits including discount in our stores, free parking for all colleagues in our Support Centre, colleague portal offering additional discount for retailers, hospitality & much more!
