Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor TEMP TO PERM Shifts: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm and weekends are 7am - 1pm Sat & Sun Shifts may change to 9am to 6pm after a certain period. Pay rate between £16.00 - £17.00 depending on experience You will be paid weekly during your temporary assignment and monthly if you move to a permanent employee for shoal group. Responsibilities Team Management Supervision: Oversee daily Goods-In operations. Scheduling: Plan and allocate shifts. Training: Train new team members and develop skills of existing team. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance regularly. Goods-In/Out Operations Inbound Processing: Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of goods. Inventory Management: Manage inventory control and reconciliation. Quality Control: Maintain quality standards. Compliance: Ensure operations follow health and safety regulations. System Utilization GEEK System Management: Use the GEEK system for managing processes. Training: Train team on GEEK system usage. Troubleshooting: Resolve GEEK system issues. Target Implementation Goal Setting: Set and communicate clear targets. Progress Tracking: Monitor and adjust progress towards targets. Performance Analysis: Analyse data to improve processes. Support and Communication Team Support: Provide assistance and solutions to team members. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments. Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management. Continuous Improvement Process Optimization: Implement process improvements. Feedback Loop: Gather and act on team feedback. Best Practices: Integrate industry best practices.
