Salary up to £48,000; Monday to Friday

Facilities Manager that has both hard and soft facilities experience and would be capable of managing some of our external bookings for regular local clients who rent rooms out of school hours (events)
The Facilities Manager will assume responsibility for the oversight of our in-house services, safety, and security of any and all persons in the building while on duty, in line with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and that appropriate records are kept to support regular inspections and internal audits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client venue finds from start to finish, sourcing suppliers both locally and internationally, ensuring operational excellence, achieving margin targets, and contributing to a positive work environment based on our company values.
Key responsibilities include managing client enquiries, negotiating rates on behalf of clients, prioritizing workloads, contract checking, using booking tools efficiently, following up with clients post-booking, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
