Reporting into the Head of Business you will be responsible for managing the aftersales department which includes a team of Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and front of house Service Advisor team across a split site workshop.
Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the teams within the aftersales operation and encourage them to work, efficiently and cohesively, to optimise performance and consistently provide customer excellence.
The role would be supporting the Area Sales Manager by going into existing customers (Builders Merchants) and doing product demonstrations, Training the staff and customers, up selling the products and Merchandising.
