As Customer Research and Insight Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of UX Research Specialists across the globe in testing, validating and analysing customer insight and feedback across the whole end to end product management and delivery process.
Our client, an award winning SaaS organisation, is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Customer Research and Insight Manager.
You will be part of a centralised UX / UI governance team where your role will help define processes and procedures around customer interaction.
You'll be joining the global customer experience function of a luxury retail brand and be responsible for taking a programme you could consider an MVP, and helping to evolve it into a much more sophisticated and impactful capability, which helps drive decision making across the business' digital estate.
Currently, they have a series of research studies set up in Medallia which cover post purchase interactions and some basic feedback loops on site and in-app experience through popups.
Whether you specialize in accessibility, quantitative research, or user experience (UX), you'll be encouraged to explore new methods and collaborate across teams.
You'll manage research plans and roadmaps, delivering insights that solve customer problems and unlock new opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead research strategies for a key area of the business, supported by our wider Design Research and Analytics community.
