Our client is seeking a Temporary dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role offers an hourly rate ranging from £12.50 per hour, with full time hours and a consistent weekday schedule. Dependent on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 7am to 5pm Key Responsibilities: Booking Deliveries: Managing and scheduling deliveries efficiently Supplier Communication: Liaising with supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods. Vehicle Registration: Obtaining and recording vehicle registration details accurately. Health and Safety Coordination: Assisting with the completion and submission of health and safety documentation. Timesheet Assistance: Checking timesheets for line managers and supporting employees with timesheet completion and submission. Document Management: Organising and maintaining paperwork and electronic files. Requirements: Previous Administration Experience: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles is preferred. Competent PC Skills: Proficiency in computer skills is required. Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to Pick Up New Systems: Willingness and capability to learn and adapt to new systems. Please note: Mobile Device Policy: Mobile phones are not permitted on-site.
