We are recruiting for an exciting new Customer Service role with Honda Financial Services, who are seeking an experienced customer service agent who can provide an excellent level of service to their customers.
This is the perfect role for a graduate or a returner to work who has solid customer service experience and can commit to a 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will ensure the department meets its service levels on phone calls , banking of manual payments , checking of finance documentation and response times in emails/letters .

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Homelessness Prevention - Early Intervention Team supporting residents of Oxford to sustain their tenancies.
The Early Intervention Team are part of the Homelessness Prevention Team in the Housing Needs Department at Oxford City Council.
They are responsible alongside the other homelessness prevention teams for duties placed on local authorities to prevent homelessness in accordance with Housing Act 1996 Part 7 (as amended).
Please note that this is a Voluntary role and therefore will be unpaid.
As volunteer English language befriender, you will provide one to one befriending support to migrants living in Kent focusing on practising English and building confidence to speak it.
