Unite Students have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager in our Central Operations team.
With a key role at the Operations Forum where the business will present new ideas and projects, you will be responsible for the projects success in being property ready and required to play a lead role in planning, executing, monitoring and closing out projects that will impact multiple properties or key operational metrics (where they fall outside the business cycle which is led by the operations support manager).
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of any new project that could be defined as property impacting.
This role ensures that the platform is efficient and is equipped with the latest features and functionalities to support the finance-related operations within Unite Students.
The Finance Platform Functional Analyst aims to provide technical guidance, and expertise in the support, development, implementation, and optimisation of the Finance platform.
Able to bridge the gap between the technical capabilities of the Finance Platform and business needs, the role ensures that the Platform is set up, customized, and used in a manner that maximizes its value to the business while maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance.
These projects will deliver much needed new student homes in two of the UKs strongest university cities.
We are also taking an innovative approach to delivering more homes for students, by developing a university partnerships JV model which will provide a compelling opportunity to deliver new, large scale, high-quality accommodation.
The Development Team are on track to deliver a record £1.3 billion development pipeline, securing planning approvals on two schemes in London and Bristol.
