The successful Works Manager will be joining a strong team (both office & field based) in a successful & developing business.
Initially dealing with subsidence related projects (mainly residential) as well as having the opportunity to learn and develop skills to take on a variety of other projects in the future.
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to ensure our firm adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, minimizing risk and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
The role involves managing the firm's operational compliance functions and contributing to the strategy and plans for compliance moving forward.
Day to Day of the role
Set plans and objectives for the compliance function and actively participate in strategy development.
Working within a great team you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to existing clients for their commercial insurance needs within a professional and timely manner.
