Accounts Assistant Full Time Permanent Warwick Up To £28,000 per annum
Macildowie are excited to be working with a fantastic company based in Warwick who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Processing of invoices, credit notes daily and recording all transactions on the Purchase Ledger
This role will be reporting to the Financial Controller
The role involves all aspects of purchase ledger, including posting invoices, assisting with payments, reconciling statements and dealing with ad hoc queries as required.
The responsibilities of this role are comprehensive and varied, encompassing the management of the Sales Ledger, which includes the critical tasks of issuing invoices and overseeing aged debt to ensure a healthy cash flow.
Equally important is the handling of the Purchase Ledger, which demands precision in matching, coding, and resolving queries, as well as executing BACs payments with meticulous accuracy.
