The Outreach Support Worker role

As part of this team, you will be managing the reviewing process for all foster carers, supported lodging carers, short break care, and connected persons.
We don't require our PAT engineers to be experienced, however an enthusiastic attitude to learn is required, we will provide all the training you need.
