We're looking for an experienced, talented and motivated technical trainer to join our Apprenticeship Team to lead on delivering our higher level (Level 4) digital apprenticeship programme in Software Development.
The post holder will be required to successfully deliver interactive and engaging training, aligned to the relevant apprenticeship standards.
All content and activities should continually meet the needs of employers and individuals.
Specifically, we will be supporting the end-to-end customer journey, right from the moment they are looking to open an account with the provider, to the time they need to get in touch to make any amendments or close an account.
Following a successful contract win in late 2023 from one of the UK's largest and most trusted financial service providers, we will provide both contact centre and administrative solutions to help assist its 25 million customers.
In this rewarding role you will act as an Emotional Available Adult (EAA) for our learners.
By providing mentoring and coaching to ensure vulnerable students have a high-quality experience in college, are fully included in the College community and are not disadvantaged in comparison to their peers.
Your key responsibilities will include planning, developing, and evaluating both current and new product training programs to achieve departmental goals and objectives.Leveraging your expertise in people management and development, you will lead the training for EE across retail programs, online training, and content project management.
You will collaborate with the senior management team to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of learning solutions while continually improving to boost business performance.
