This is a part time role - 22.5 hours a week (3 days)
The role of the Employability Trainer is to assess learner needs/skills through pre-course assessments, develop a ILP with SMART goals to address barriers/skills needs.
Work with key external and internal stakeholders and partners, whom you will identify, engage with, influence and ultimately recruit onto programme, eligible 19 learners, to undertake our (ASF) education and skills programmes.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a range of professionals, agencies and partners.
Actively identify beneficial outreach and co-location opportunities with partner organisations to drive engagement.
