About the role
As an Assistant Manager you'll inspire and lead your team, use your passion and strategic thinking to drive the business forward and help us change for the better.
You will need to work with a high level of attention to detail, be able to prioritise your own workload whilst working closely with the wider facilities team.
You will have a wide range of basic construction skills such as plumbing, joinery and general building work with a sound working knowledge of health and safety and compliance.
As General Tradesperson you will carry out repairs and maintenance across the South Somerset properties working closely with the Facilities Co-ordinators at each property to ensure we are always compliant and our visitors are met with a well looked after property .
