Document Controller

As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing, organising, and controlling all documents within the company. You will ensure that documentation is accurately stored, maintained, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain document control procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage the storage, retrieval, and distribution of documents both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, filed, and archived.
  • Regularly update document databases and systems to reflect changes and revisions.
  • Coordinate document review and approval processes, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in document control or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
