The Recruitment Consultant they are looking for will need previous agency recruitment or office based sales experience, be highly organised, able to multitask and financially driven with proven sales experience and working to targets.
The office has a great work culture and team environment and they're looking for someone who can manage the existing client base, develop new client relationships through business development and be someone who is confident in making the first contact with schools by telephone and email.
To support the first part of the candidate journey in branch, providing information and guidance, promoting the available services, conducting initial screening and eligibility checks, and ensuring that the candidate experience commences in a positive and appropriate manner.
This function is key to maximising the number of motivated candidates who go on to participate in branch and development services activities on their journey to sustained employment.
This post is responsible for the management, performance, motivation and direction of employees; ensuring they meet and exceed all performance targets, quality and compliance standards are achieved and employer vacancies are filled with participants meeting their requirements.
