**Role Overview:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting schools with qualified educators, ensuring top-tier education for students. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, where you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both temporary and permanent placements.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and innovative marketing strategies.
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, nurseries, and other educational institutions.
- Vacancy Management: Advertise job openings effectively to attract suitable candidates.
- Coordination: Arrange interviews, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate the hiring process between clients and candidates.
**Requirements:
- Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment (preferably in education) or transferable sales skills.
- Business Development: Strong sales, client management, and relationship-building skills.
- Personality: Proactive, determined, and goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with clients and candidates.
