Reed HR are seeking a proactive and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join a growing client based in Horsham on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the learning and development initiatives within the company, ensuring that all training activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Administrator/Coordinator to use their knowledge, skill set, and experience to co-ordinate end-to-end AI/data focused training activities to ensure the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programmes for both employees & clients.
The Role
Permanent.
Mostly remote - with ad hoc travel into either the London or Portsmouth office.
This person will be responsible for the day to day running of our training rooms and for supporting the L&D advisors to provide learning and development solutions to the business.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised learning and development administrator to join our team in our multi-national defence systems business.
You will be working closely with the rest of the L&D team to ensure that the learning solutions we offer to employees are delivered in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
