Learner Experience Coordinator- Remote - Permanent - £25,000-£28,000 per annum + Bonus
Do you have experience of maintaining and reporting on learner records? Are you confident in communicating with others through various means?
The Learner experience team supports the onboarding and induction of all apprentices for the first 12 weeks of their learner journey. As a Learner Experience Coordinator, you will be a key influencer, providing an outstanding service to learners. You must be able to work productively within a busy environment whilst managing your time effectively to ensure the needs of the learners are met.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support across programmes of study to ensure relevant enrolment processes are carried out effectively. The Learner Experience Coordinator will be the first point of contact for enquiries and would need to provide support as well as exceptional customer service to learners to ensure a smooth apprenticeship learning journey.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that learners are fully enrolled on to their apprenticeship course
- Leading on the learner and employer induction processes
- Providing training to learners on how to use education systems
- Be the first point of contact for learner queries
- Ensuring all workshop delivery and functional skills workshops are scheduled
- Supporting admin functions that drive learner progress
- Produce learner statistics and reports on a regular basis
- Ensure that learner records are accurate
- Provide handover information to Apprenticeship Coaches
- Be confident with Ofsted and ESFA requirements
Person Specification:
- Experience of working within the Apprenticeship Sector
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service role
- Good working knowledge of standard IT systems and databases
- Experience of maintaining clear and accurate records
- Excellent IT skills including word processing and spreadsheet packages
