Devon based Public Sector client is urgently seeking an Interim Global Mobility Advisor, initially for 6 months. Hybrid working Outcomes Develop and implement guidance and processes to support international exchange / secondments between organisation and its partners - initially USA based partners potentially extending world-wide. Identify future delivery model including resource requirements and upskill MO to enable ongoing support for international exchange/ assignments. Review current processes and practice and advise on legislative / other requirements required to facilitate international mobility ensuring compliance (including but not confined to cross-border assignments, temporary overseas secondments, exchange programmes with partner organisations). This includes inward/ outward exchange and assignments. Develop guidance for managers and employees and establish the processes to facilitate international exchange/ assignments and ensure efficient programme execution. Qualifications/ Experience Relevant global mobility experience including exposure to regulatory compliance Experience in a mobility role within a large, complex organisation ideally within the public and/ or education sector. Background in HR, legal or related field preferable
