They will create and continuously improve learning experiences using an array of approaches that engage learners and drive high-impact learning that meet Ofsted requirements, whilst working alongside our Learning Experience Design Manager.
What will you be doing
Work with Curriculum Design Specialists and Learning Experience Designer to assess learning requirements to identify main outcomes and appropriate means of meeting them.
Supported by the marketing and apprenticeship resourcing functions, the successful candidate will manage all completed skills bootcamp candidates to be proactive in self-sourcing outcomes.
Work from home 3 days per week and Office based in London 2 days per week
Reporting to the Head of Facilities (HOF), the Facilities Manager will play an important and responsible role at Forward Trust, helping a defined portfolio of sites to function effectively by ensuring that all aspects of the Facilities Operational Activities are synchronized effectively under the direction of the Head of Facilities.
Duties include managing maintenance, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, managing building renovations and office moves.
In this role, you will be expected to oversee the maintenance and operation of buildings and other infrastructures within the portfolio to ensure all facilities are functioning optimally and safely.
