We are looking for a Trainer to join our team to create learning solutions for our internal staff and our external clients. Internally, training will include subjects like customer service training, industry insights, recruitment law and management training. The trainer will also deliver our Abbatt Academy training course to our candidates and may choose to update the course content. Externally, the Trainer will work with our clients to bespoke the Abbatt Academy course and also offer other training, both face to face and virtually.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Deliver training face to face and virtually
- Create engaging training courses for internal employees and external clients
- Design, create, and maintain CPD and qualification courses as required by the industry
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels
- Stay abreast of L&D trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Onboard new starters and develop junior and trainee recruiters
Person specification
- Strong track record in programme design, delivery and evaluation
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills
- Commercial and results driven

- Strong research and market trend analysis skills
- Organised and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft office and
Nice to have
- Industry experience - either recruitment or property industry
- Apprentices experience

This role will pay between £40-50k dependent on experience based on a 37.5 hour week, but we would be open to making this a part time role too for the right person.
