THE OPPORTUNITY
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Wigston Leicester.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact to our customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone and Digital, supporting them with their prime needs whilst collaborating with our internal and external stakeholders.
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for two individuals to assist with a project within our despatch/warehouse department.
General
Sheet feeding is the art of converting bulk raw paper reels into corrugated sheet board which then serves as packaging for a range of industries, including well known e-commerce and supermarket chains.
Board24 is the UK's largest independent sheet feeder, and we are continually investing in our employees and state of the art equipment to retain this accolade.
As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking them through the full sales journey.
Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech !
Experience: Experience working within a fast-moving packing
Qualifications: NO ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Skills: Good level of numeracy and literacy reporting, Ability to multitask is desirable and to work with colleagues to ensure continuity of work for packing operatives.
