Job Title: Despatch Project Clerks

Sheet feeding is the art of converting bulk raw paper reels into corrugated sheet board which then serves as packaging for a range of industries, including well known e-commerce and supermarket chains.
Job description:
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for two individuals to assist with a project within our despatch/warehouse department. One position will work the day shift, the other will be required to work the night shift.
General duties:
- Collecting information from numerous data sources including loading bays, emails, phone calls and teams.
- Entering data into the central database/software programme.
- Cataloguing data and identifying trends and outliers.
- Transferring physical records into database/software.
- Retrieving data as requested and building reports.
- Maintaining and updating the software as necessary
- Contributing to the success of the operation by engaging in continuous improvement initiatives
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Microsoft excel)
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good timekeeping
